Vikas is an accomplished HR professional with a specialisation in Talent Acquisition. With a multi-industry exposure, Vikas has worked with both, startups and with larger, diversified organisations such as Wipro and Concentrix, driving large scale hiring in the APAC region.
Currently, Vikas is playing the role of Chief HR Mentor at Attayn.

He is a renowned speaker having delivered a TEDx Talk and keynotes at diverse forums including colleges and HR events.
As Advisor to the Steering Committee of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry Young Leaders Program, Vikas is also involved in strengthening the eco-system for students and young entrepreneurs in the country.
