Dr. Correa is a seasoned HR professional who leads the function at a prominent continuously managed, diversified financial and consultancy house. He has a keen interest in bridging the industry-academia gap and his primary research focus has been in employability studies of graduates. Dr. Correa is also a guest lecturer at various business schools, a keynote speaker at various events/conferences including at the IIMs and IITs. He has also been invited to various international conferences by UNDP, SIDA (Sweden), ICAAP among others and has worked side-by-side with many prominent thought leaders, parliamentarians, ambassadors.
