An MBA in HR and graduate in psychology, I started my professional journey as a Management Trainee in 2011. Having worked as an HR Business Partner, I subsequently moved into Organization Development. My professional experience revolves primarily around creating and developing Thought Leadership in specific Organization & People solution areas like Performance Management, Talent Management, Competency Mapping, improvement & streamlining of HR systems and processes. My proficiency lies in managing HR administrative activities as well as design & development of HR systems based on behavioural science.
